Our standard delivery service is facilitated through TCS and is scheduled for delivery between 9:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. While we aim to deliver your order within 3 working days, it may arrive earlier, and we strive to expedite the process as much as possible.

Please note that we do not deliver on Public Holidays, and orders scheduled for delivery on such days will be delivered the following working day.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

If any item goes missing or is returned to us due to the buyer providing an incorrect/incomplete address or failing to collect the item from their TCS sorting office, we will only reship the item once the buyer has paid for the necessary repostage costs, or we will refund the cost of the item minus our postage and packaging costs.

You, buyer, and customer: refers to any person entering into a contract to purchase an item from vitality.com.pk

Postage: refers to the third-party method of transportation and delivery that vitality.com.pk uses to distribute products.
