PAYMENT TERMS
1. Payment is preferred using Credit or Debit Cards through our default online payment provider on the website www.vitality.com.pk.
2. It is not essential for you to have other payment gateway accounts like PayPal, etc. – all major Credit and Debit cards are accepted.
3. We do not accept payment by cheque, postal order, or cash. Please visit vitality.com.pk if you wish to use these methods of payment.

POSTAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE REMEMBER – ALL ITEMS ARE SENT IN PLAIN PACKAGING – YOUR PRIVACY IS OUR CONCERN
1. We normally use TCS, MNP, and Leopard Courier Recorded Delivery for our posts. The prices may vary depending on the weight and price of the item/items.
2. Tracking details will be uploaded to accounts within 12 hours of dispatch.
3. Dispatch is usually within 1 working day; however, at busy times, this may be extended to 2 working days.
4. Main cities where there is a direct courier route like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc., items are usually delivered to the customer within 2 working days from dispatch.
5. Other cities’ items are usually delivered to the customer 2-4 business days from dispatch.
6. Items destined for the Rest of the Cities are usually delivered to the customer 2-4 days from dispatch.
7. Please remember that times stated here are only a guide, and delays in dispatch and delivery are possible.

- Postage: refers to the third-party method of transportation and delivery that vitality.com.pk uses to distribute products.
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The purchase of any one or multiple combinations of our items constitutes acceptance of these terms on the part of the buyer.
- The warranty period is strictly 1 month.
- The times given in Section 2 (above) represent the duration within which the customer must communicate any problems to [email protected].
- A request for photographic evidence of any breakage may be made via email. Vitality.com.pk reserves the right to refund, replace parts, or replace entire kits at its discretion, considering the breakage or failure.
- A refund will only be provided in the case that items are discontinued and are no longer available, and this will be determined at our discretion.
- Vitality.com.pk reserves the right to exceed and extend the terms of this warranty, such as increasing levels of coverage during the 12 months.
- Vitality.com.pk reserves the right to replace faulty items with items of greater value and/or greater functionality.
- Customers’ statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
If you decide to change your mind, you must inform us within 2 days of receiving your order, and refunding arrangements can be made, less reasonable shipping and handling costs.
